About Pocket Invoice
Client work is easier to bill when the estimate, invoice and payment record stay connected. Pocket Invoice helps freelancers and small service teams describe a job, prepare an itemized estimate, create an invoice and export a PDF to share with the client.
Review the customer details, quantities, tax and total before sending a document. The guest web invoice generator works without registration and uses a hosted PDF service. Account use is currently free, with document, storage and membership limits; there is no paid plan at present.
For an assistant-led workflow, the hosted MCP connection is tested with Codex and uses company-scoped OAuth and team permissions. It supplies authorized business tools to the connected assistant, with confirmation required for each send. Recording a received payment does not charge a customer or issue a refund.
