About Power Tool Co-op
A marketplace built for tool people Power Tool Co-op is a peer-to-peer marketplace where people can buy, sell, and trade power tools, batteries, storage, and equipment directly with other tool people. I’m Jake, a millwright with 11 years in the trades. I built Power Tool Co-op after getting tired of the high fees, scams, counterfeit tools, and headaches that have become normal when buying and selling tools online. The idea is simple: create a marketplace specifically for the tool community, keep fees reasonable, put real people behind the platform, and build it alongside the people actually using it. We’re still early, and that’s intentional. Our first sellers and members are helping shape what Power Tool Co-op becomes. Built by tradespeople. For tool people.
