How it Works

• Scan or Tap: No app or account is required for the person performing the scan.
• Routing: The system automatically routes the user to the appropriate flow, such as emergency assistance or recovery instructions. Emergency assistance includes critical information such as Blood Group; Organ Donor, Allergies; Medication; Medical History; Medical Aid etc. With contact details.
• Notifications: Owners and custodians are alerted via internal bell notication, email, SMS, or WhatsApp depending on permissions.
• Privacy-First: The platform ensures that only relevant information is displayed based on the context of the scan, keeping private vault contents secure.
